Charge Backs

from a charge back is not returned to us.
*User understands and agrees that when a charge back occurs, the payment
processors will debit the money from our account, which is held in trust by
them. When this happens, we do not receive any money, and thus reserve the
right to reduce the account level reflecting the funds which were not received
by us.

prosecution. quarterlysurf.net strictly enforces Anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a

federal crime. Any member caught. Spamming will not only have their account

terminated immediately and lose all Credits and referrals coming to that member but

shall also be Held Liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities

and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident.

*quarterlysurf.net may charge up to $5.00 per SPAM email sent.
*quarterlysurf.net has a no tolerance policy which will result in the offenders account

being deleted, criminal charges being brought against the offender and loss of all

Credits and referrals.
